As many of you may already be aware, DHL is having problems with Customs in Moscow and they have temporally suspended service to Moscow until the matter is resolved.  I have received word that Moscow shipments are now slowly clearing Customs but there is still no definite date when the suspension of shipments to Moscow will be lifted but DHL expects the matter to be resolved sometime in April.  

Previously, I have suggested to some buyers that it would be okay to send shipments via FedEx as this information was provided by FedEx USA.  Unfortunately, some FedEx shipments to Moscow are being returned due to Customs clearance problems even if certain limitations were followed.
Going forward, I suggest waiting until DHL has cleared the matter with your local Customs before having any of your items shipped.  If you must have your items shipped, then I recommend sending your shipment to another city other than Moscow where DHL is able to service.  If you still insist on having your shipment sent via FedEx, then I cannot guarantee delivery and will not be able to compensate you.
